💼 What You’ll Do


As a Marketing Associate I, you will be instrumental in:

 * Designing and building high-performing, data-driven campaigns using the full power of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

 * Personalizing communications through dynamic content, leveraging your skills in AMPscript and SSJS.

 * Thoroughly testing and troubleshooting cross-device rendering issues to ensure bulletproof deployments every single time.

 * Building sophisticated customer journeys using Journey Builder and seamlessly integrating them with Salesforce CRM.

 * Mastering automation via Automation Studio, Cloud Pages, and Mobile Studio to optimize efficiency and impact.

 * Monitoring critical aspects like deliverability, IP warming, SSL setup, and data segmentation to ensure peak performance.

 * Collaborating closely with stakeholders to strategically align marketing technology solutions with overarching business goals.


🛠 Key Skills & Experience to Bring


To thrive and excel in this pivotal role, you’ll need:

 * 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud – you know your way around!

 * Deep familiarity with key SFMC modules including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.

 * Strong coding skills in AMPscript, SSJS, and foundational HTML/CSS.

 * A solid understanding of API integrations (REST/SOAP).

 * A Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification (this is required) – demonstrating your proven expertise.

 * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

 * Excellent communication and time-management abilities – essential for a fast-paced global environment.
