About the Role: Shaping the Future of Rare Disease Research 💡 As a Central CRA (Clinical Research Associate) - Registries, you won't just be monitoring trials; you'll be a pivotal link in our mission. You'll serve as the primary liaison for Principal Investigators and site staff involved in vital rare disease registries. This means you'll be hands-on with:
* Study Start-Up: Guiding sites through document collection, submissions to Health Authorities and Ethics Committees, and managing essential contracts.
* Site Monitoring (Hybrid Approach): Performing both remote and, where applicable, on-site management of investigational sites. You'll ensure adherence to protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory standards through meticulous Site Selection, Initiation, Routine Monitoring, and Close Out Visits.
* Data Quality & Management: Reviewing study data, resolving eCRF queries, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of crucial information.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Building strong relationships with sites, sponsors, and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and efficient study progress.
* Quality & Safety: Championing "Audit/inspection readiness" and ensuring robust safety reporting processes at the site level.

* Experience: A solid 3+ years in Clinical Research & Development, with significant clinical trial monitoring experience. Experience in rare diseases, observational studies, or real-world evidence is a definite plus!

* Key Skills:
