As a Senior Clinical Research Associate I, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring that clinical trials are executed with precision, compliance, and excellence. This is a client-based position, meaning you’ll work closely with one of Syneos Health’s key sponsors — offering exposure to global research standards and operations.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Conduct on-site and remote monitoring visits (qualification, initiation, interim, and close-out).
✔ Ensure ICH-GCP, regulatory, and protocol compliance across investigator sites.
✔ Review source documents, verify case report form (CRF) data accuracy, and resolve queries.
✔ Perform investigational product (IP) accountability, storage, and reconciliation.
✔ Support subject recruitment and retention activities to meet study timelines.
✔ Maintain up-to-date Investigator Site Files (ISF) and reconcile with the Trial Master File (TMF).
✔ Prepare trip reports, letters, and project documentation according to SOPs.
✔ Provide site-level training and mentorship to junior CRAs as needed.
✔ Participate in audits, investigator meetings, and sponsor communications.


🧠 What You’ll Need to Succeed

To thrive in this role, candidates should bring a strong foundation of monitoring expertise and therapeutic knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or RN qualification in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of monitoring experience in clinical research.
  • Proven experience in Oncology, Hematology, Cardiology, Neuropsychiatry, Rare Diseases, or Immunology.
  • Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% as part of regional site monitoring.
